Are the cars UK supplied?
Yes. Only UK supplied cars built for the UK market and supplied by UK Kia dealers are advertised on this website.
What about the warranty?
The warranty is the normal warranty you'd get when buying from any dealer and is valid at any Kia dealership throughout the UK. This also includes all the same benefits as a dealer purchased car.
What about servicing?
You can get your car serviced at your local Kia dealer regardless of where you purchase the car from.
Any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs unless your car is coming from a particular main Kia dealership that may be at some distance from you and therefore we may need to quote you a small delivery charge. If this is the case we will tell you the details upfront so you can decide before paying.
Am I the first registered keeper?
Yes you will be the first registered keeper,unless the best deal we can offer is for a pre-registered car, however we will let you know the best deal avaliable and its up to you to decide.
How is the car delivered?
The car is usually delivered directly from a Kia Dealer driven carefully by one of there staff and we have never had any customer complaints.
What about payment?
As you deal direct with the individual supplier the actual payment terms vary but usually all the deals start with a credit card deposit and the balance is also paid to the same supplier - this gives you added protection under the Credit Consumer Act for your peace of mind.

Can I part exchange my car?
Yes, unlike most on-line car retailers we are pleased to offer a part-exchange please telephone or email us for further details.
Why are your cars so cheap?
We are able to offer cheap cars because we do not have the overheads of a main dealer and we are able to offer the savings from bulk purchasing direct to you the customer.
Are the vehicles UK specification?
All vehicles are guaranteed full UK specification. Most of our vehicles are UK dealer supplied, and therefore are no different to the vehicle you purchase from your local dealer.
When will I know the exact delivery date?
We can only provide an exact delivery date when your car has arrived at the supplier following its pre-delivery inspection. Manufacturers and suppliers can only provide estimated dates when the orders are placed which can be subject to movement either forward or backward. We do, however, endeavor to overstate rather than understate lead times.
Who is my contract to buy the car with?
Your contract is with Auto Direct Ltd. We are responsible for the purchase of the vehicle from the deposit to the point of delivery and just one set of terms and conditions helps to make the whole transaction as easy as possible.
How much deposit do you require?
We require a fixed deposit of £500 for most vehicles. Certain specialist, unusual specification, and higher value cars maybe require a higher deposit.
How can I pay my deposit?
You can pay your deposit by any of the following methods: Debt card, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, bank transfer, or cheque - whatever suits you.
What other charges will I incur?
None, the price quoted for all cars includes the car, UK first registration fee, number plates, 12 months Road Fund License, VAT, and driven delivery within mainland England and Wales.
Can I have the vehicle delivered to my door?
Yes, all cars can be delivered to anywhere in the UK. We have both driven delivery and transported delivery options.
Are your new vehicles the current model range?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, your new car will be absolutely brand new and registered on the latest plate. Please feel free to question your sales agent as to the model year you will be purchasing, they will be happy to confirm this on the Vehicle Order form sent to you.
When and how do I make payment?
The final balance (less deposit) is required prior to the agreed delivery date either by CHAPS (same day transfer), internet bank transfer or by cleared cheque. Alternatively you can collect and pay by banker’s draft.
